Quilt making is a form of self-expression that should not be limited to the choices made by others. Our classes & workshops are designed to empower you to pursue your own quilt ideas while learning the skills required to accomplish your vision.
Beginner - I’ve never made a quilt before.
Novice - I’ve done some piecing and I’m adventurous.
Intermediate Plus - I’m ready for a challenge
General Course Requirements include a working sewing machine, rotary cutter and ruler, pins, thread, scissors. Tools are available for purchase in the shop.
Upcoming Classes
Trip Around the Neighbourhood
Back by popular demand "Trip" is a fun and addictive concept. It will also push your reluctance to address small piecing right out the window!
Access all the SIXTEEN BOXES full of pre-cut, colour-coded 2.5" squares and play so you can build the size of quilt you want.
Classes are in round table format so NO sewing machines. Prerequisites: curiosity, sense of humour and sharing. Room for only 10 lively souls.
Fridays from 10 - noon, March 21 & 28, April 4.
